Both endings and how to unlock them
The cited guides document two ending choices at the final apartment scene. Stay in the apartment or follow the Cenobites through the wall; both can be reached from the final autosave on the documented route.
What I checked
GamerBlurb and PowerPyx agree: after the story, you either stay and let the opening in the wall close, or step through before it closes. The first is Human After All. The second is Experience Beyond Limits. It is an action, not a dialogue pick. A trophy list alone cannot rule out an undocumented ending.
The two endings
The unlock instructions below reveal the final action but leave the preceding story twist to ending explained.
PowerPyx's easiest-difficulty route reuses the final autosave for the other choice. This requires your selected mode to provide that checkpoint; preserve a manual save and check the mode's rules.
- Remain human — stay in the apartment, let the opening close. Trophy: Human After All.
- Become a Cenobite — step through before it closes. Trophy: Experience Beyond Limits.
- The documented unlocks do not require a collectible tally.
