Claim the Sister of Mercy's Heart
Reach the Sister's arena through the Gagged Skull door. Damage her with ranged weapons, avoid her knives and use the prompted Hellchains action in each red phase.

Flying attacks and red phases
She spends much of the fight out of melee reach. Prepare firearms and ammunition before the door; the red phase needs your box power rather than more ordinary shooting alone.
- Shoot while she moves around the arena.
- When she throws knives, stop firing and dodge until the volley ends.
- At about two-thirds health, the arena turns red. Damage her as she approaches until she falls.
- Use the Hellchains prompt on the fallen Sister.
- Repeat the red-phase sequence at about one-third health and finish the fight.
Collect the heart and whip
No Mercy unlocks on victory. Collect the heart for Sunny and the Sister's Whip from the body as a sale item.
The next objective is Give the Sister of Mercy's Heart to Sunny.

Does she summon Hellchains?
The guide instructs the player to use Hellchains when she falls during the red phase.
