What I checked

This objective route summarises PowerPyx's walkthrough, checked on 14 October 2026. Resource drops are random, so only fixed key items are assigned locations.

Free yourself and get the Tongue Key

  1. Look down and remove the nail, then the hook, then the stitches to escape the chair.
  2. Collect the items from the bodies at both ends of the hallway and use them on the central door.
  3. At the office skull, face it away and press the nails left, back, right, then top. Take the Tongue Key.
  4. Crouch around Bruno. When he circles the central table, take the keycard on its left and use the rear-left exit.

Keypads, Chatterer and the pistol

The painting cabinet immediately after Bruno uses 0199 or 9901. Save in the hallway before opening the door that starts the Chatterer chase. Keep running into corridors he does not occupy.

After the chase, obtain the knife and use stealth where possible. The medical cabinet uses 9891; the clue is tattooed on the body in the nearby tub. Collect the flashlight and reset power to obtain the pistol and its ammunition recipe.

Leviathan statuette and VIP token

In the security office, collect the Leviathan Tip and the inventory upgrade. Fit the tip to the diamond statuette in the earlier hallway and align its three patterned sections. Take the released S&M Duckie and use it on the door device near the security office.

In the club, speak to the woman in white in the southeast room. Retrieve her three requested objects from the southwest floor, northwest table and northeast shelf. Return them to obtain the Bunny Toy and enter through the north door.

Questions

Do I need to find the code clue before entering the digits?

The published route supplies the combination directly. Use the number for the matching container; a tumbler lock needs a lockpick instead.
