Make Your Choice: final objective
The last choice is made by movement, not a dialogue menu. Follow the Cenobites through the wall opening to accept, or remain in the apartment until it closes to decline.

The two actions and final-autosave replay method follow PowerPyx's roadmap, checked on 14 October 2026.
Two actions, two ending trophies
Walking through the opening earns Experience Beyond Limits. Staying until it closes earns Human After All. The roadmap lists no collectible requirement for either action.
- Finish Return to Sunny and the Ritual of Rebirth.
- When you regain control in the apartment, choose whether to cross the opening.
- Let the ending complete and return to the menu.
- On the documented autosave route, reload the final autosave and perform the opposite action.
Save limitations and spoilers
PowerPyx's replay method relies on the final autosave. It should not be promised on a difficulty that disables autosaving; check the save rules before planning a one-run completion.

Questions
Do I have to complete the campaign twice?
The roadmap says both endings can be obtained by reloading the final autosave. That method depends on autosaving being available in your run.
