Open the Gate to Charlotte
The three gates require the Statue's Hand, Head and Tongue in that order. Each restored statue also needs a matching Genesis Configuration shape. The hand is in Bruno's mansion, the head in the defended cabin and the tongue below the well.

Bruno's mansion and the hand
Take Bolt Cutters from the toolbox in the shed south of the mansion and cut the northwest door chain. Defeat Bruno in the basement; collect his scalpel for selling.
Upstairs, solve the large disc safe for the SMG, inventory upgrade and Marlowe Figure. From its starting position, PowerPyx gives Left, then Top four times. The music-room cabinet uses 1966.
Take the Winding Handle from the upstairs gramophone and use it on the downstairs dining-room gramophone to obtain the Bruno Figure. Place both figures on the pedestal for the Statue's Hand and Resurrection Key.
- Use the Resurrection Key at the northwest glass door.
- In the sacrifice room, set spear vertical, human face and scales horizontal to match the painting.
- Take the Bedroom Key behind the moved painting and open the upstairs gold-chained door.
- Inspect the bedroom book for the Security Card, then leave through the front door.
- Insert the hand at the eastern gate and fit the box shape.
Cabin defence and the head
Take the head from the chair in the cabin. Board windows using planks from the north room while defending against enemies. After the floor drops, retrieve the Crank Handle around the corner, climb out and extend the front bridge.
Return to the hub and insert the head at the northwest gate. At this milestone Zora sells the Revolver for 300 coins and Dragon Breath shells for the shotgun.
Well blocks and the tongue
Collect the blocks from the pagoda's hanging body, carousel and pulled-in boat. At the central well, place and rotate them to match the drawing to the left. Keep moving around enemies while the well opens.
Below the well, the tongue is on a table in the southwest room. A nearby lockpick cabinet holds the SMG Linear Compensator. Connect matching symbols at the electrical panel to leave, then return the tongue to the southern gate.
Use the shape table for all three gates. Continue to Claim Charlotte's Heart.
Before leaving the docks
Red Dead Damnation requires shooting all nine bottles on the frame beside the boat. Bring at least nine bullets and save before pulling the boat, which triggers enemies. Leaving for more ammo respawns the bottles.
Keep the SMG and Revolver for Guns, Lots of Guns. Spend resources deliberately: materials do not provide an unlimited farming loop.
Questions
Can I open a statue with only the box?
No. Recover and insert its matching body part first, then solve the shaped box socket.
